1. Who We Are
Mostly Pillow (mostlypillow.com) is operated by Nancy B. Jackson, a sole proprietorship, based in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit mostlypillow.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Mostly Pillow publishes independent guides on pillow care, cleaning, troubleshooting, and buying decisions. We are a reader-supported site: some pages contain affiliate links (including Amazon Associates links) and, once approved, advertising served through Google AdSense and/or Ezoic.

We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. Who We Share Information With
We share limited information with the following categories of service providers, each of whom processes data under their own privacy policies:

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the site function, and will not remove Amazon’s own tracking on amazon.com once you leave our site.
6. Google AdSense & Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic.
We plan to run Google AdSense and Ezoic to display advertising on this site. Once approved and live, third-party vendors — including Google — use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
Opting out
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings: adssettings.google.com
- You may opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies generally via the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out page: optout.aboutads.info
- You may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Ezoic’s specific opt-out/consent .
7. Amazon Associates Tracking
Mostly Pillow is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
- When you click an Amazon affiliate link on this site, Amazon may set a cookie to track that the visit originated from Mostly Pillow.
- If you make a qualifying purchase within Amazon’s tracking window, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
- Amazon’s own data collection and use of information once you arrive on amazon.com is governed by Amazon’s Privacy Notice, not this policy.
8. Third-Party Links
Our site contains links to third-party websites, including Amazon and other retailers. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit after leaving mostlypillow.com.
9. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
Mostly Pillow is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 15 and we will take steps to delete it.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the specific rights listed in Section 10, plus:
- The right to know the categories of personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and (if applicable) “sold” or “shared” in the preceding 12 months, and the categories of third parties involved.

- The right to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined by CPRA).
12. GDPR — Rights for EU/EEA Visitors
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you additional rights over your personal data, including:
- The right to access, correct, or erase your personal data.
- The right to restrict or object to processing.
- The right to data portability.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (such as non-essential cookies).

13. Data Security & Retention
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — for example, messages and comments are kept as long as they remain relevant, and analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings .
